The Light
Only takes me
So far.

To truly love
To understand
To accept and give…

I must know more.

I must brave the dark,
I must explore the shadows.
I must climb into my self
And embrace the whole
Love the completeness
Live from totality.

One step too far
And I fall…
One step not taken,
I fall short.

I would Be incomplete.

I surrender
To the fall…
I let go
With reckless abandon,
It is ultimately
More honest,
More faith-filled,
More worthy.

And I am sure
That there are
Greater arms
To catch me.

I am purified
And perfect…
Loving from a realm
Of pure potentiality
Of All things.

I offer you my hand
For your journey.
But the fall
Awaits each soul alone.

This I know as Truth...we are all Beings of Light.

(big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, I do believe that we somehow how to explore the wilderness in order to understand ourselves better and some patches of the woods are dark, just not stay there too long or we may get absorbed in the black and struggle to find a way out! (sigh) This is so well said, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jaicie, thank you for sharing!

This is one of my favorites even though it is a bit in the shadows. I hope you enjoyed it. And, no...Noah...I didn't spend too much time there.
