Human Cry Cry, cry, drop your human tears, I am talking to my mirror tonight. Why, why, I smiled all day, I was happy, but what about now? I can laugh; I can smile, When my mind is occupied with my surrounding. Yet I hate my soul, I hate to cry, Yet I can't stop drowning in loneliness. I can think of thousand reasons Why I ought not to cry, yet Is it human to let a tear? Why the world views cries as weakness? Yes, I am not in the worst, and Many should I be thankful for. Yet can I be feeling sad, isn't it a crime? I can't but feel guilty, For feeling down, whining what I lack. Why the world views cries as weakness? Is it human to let a tear? Can I say I am weak; I need help Would you even bother answering me. Cry, cry, drop your human tears, I am talking to my mirror tonight. Why, why, I smiled all day, I was happy, but what about now? Eliza, This is the first time I have been back in Passions in three years. I don't really know why I left. Anyway, I got back on tonight browsing - many things have been going on in my life - and this was the first poem that hit me - you know the feeling I'm sure. I am very familiar with these exact emotions and just wanted to let you know. I loved the way you expressed the hopelessness, sadness, and anger.
