just collective thoughts here and working on them . The end of day The sun ,stained pink As if dipped in candy Draws wearily to the earth Ribbons of powder blue Scrape torn cotton clouds Submitting to deep evening hue The air mellows softly With the age of the day Comforter for night drawing near Cares lift and float With the end of day To return with the shadow of sun |

I like the imagery, and the subject is tight. Soothing piece, enjoyed! "I am the hobbyhorse. I am the stapler in the mud, the toad in your brain. I am a head full of birds, a future full of apples." |
