Essay My Lunch

I don't recall
My lunch which has so long gone
Out of my body
And returned to ocean.

I can barely remember how to write
In organized structure that has divided
My body into three parts:
Head, body and legs.

My thoughts are my lunch
That went through the whole system,
Yet something is forgotten-
Exactly how I wrote it or ever to write it again.

My mind faints away,
With mix signals
That I couldn't define
Which is green traffic light.

My soul asks me,
Do I know what I am eating
Or where I am driving
Inside my body.

I shake my head and say,
No I don't recall
My lunch which has so long gone
Out of my body
And returned to ocean.
As my mind faints away,
I feel I'm still in grade one.

Oh my gosh..you must be inside my head, or reading my mail....wow....I find myself thinking this all the time, and I wonder will I ever write anything again worth reading again?
