this is one i wrote for my grandson Ethan who is 20 months old now. i would post a pic but i dont know how so i cant. anyhow i am sure you will get the picture from this.

treasure is your smile,
like a thousand lights switched on,
it fills my heart with so much love,
for you my little one.

animated happiness,
trust and hope and joy,
an angel,a bird, a butterfly,
in you, our little boy.

growing up is inevitable,
but loving you is bliss,
so i will stay and watch some more,
drinking moments such as this.

Junemac: Really sweet poem and I'm sure it is one of many you have written for your grandson. What a nice legacy for him when he gets big enough to read.
