Our Country comes together on this day To pay tribute to loved ones of war We pay 'special' tribute in month of May For our soldiers who died on lands afar Freedom rings loud in our Country today Thanks to courage of our women and men Fighting for rights, to believe and pray Take time to show our compassion, Amen! Dear Brenda Excellent tribute to brave men and women.I am in England where Rememberance day is 11th november, but it doesnt matter where we are or who we are, only that we appreciate what sacrifice is made by some very brave people. hugs from june x |
