You tossed all the good times into a sack Without as much as a flinch How many times now do you look back And give yourself a good pinch Its always tempting to walk away As if we were both in trance But its also wiser to stay That love deserves a second chance Jealousy and guessing Pull two hearts apart Taking a little, and giving Are ingredients for making a brand new start Its easy to give up Assuming you'll find a better one But before you start on it and drain the coffee cup Think about this If you really go ahead Then your misery has just begun ------------------------- another sleepless night... one too many weary thoughts Love Michelle If there cannot be equal in affection, then let the one with more be me - midnightblues™ |
