Gardener the Observer Loving sliently, Through the night warmth is revealed. Loving tenderly, No one can replace your patience- Your understanding amazes me. The night is cold as ice Filling up my robe, Yet a drop of your soup Saves my heart from stopping. Night wind seems to be Courageous as lion soars, Yet you wait and await Your little flower, me, To grow and away from astray. And you are understanding- You did not blame the wind For blowing in your way. You did not blame nature For playing a game of fate. You silently watch the wind, Sweeping across the field as your pray. You patiently remove my defect, The worms and wounds in me. Gardener, Guidance, My light and spring. You fill me with love...and hopes. Always there for me, You are the best. May you have a Happy Mother's Day! (c)May 10, 2003 Eliza Simmons Eliza Simmons |
