Ron's Halloween Surprise ~*Marge Tindal*~  In my mailbox on this day a Halloween card from far away Up in the land of Idaho a handsome young man lives And from his heart he always gives a treat to thrill me so~ The mailman honked and waved said, "Someone sent you a treat today." Imagine my grinning surprise when I saw the card tucked inside~ I'd like to take a moment in a special verse of rhyme to thank Ron Hebert for the card he made for me this time~ Yum !Yum !It looks delicious and that candy corn is my delight So thank you Ron ... you've made my Halloween night ! ~Bless your tender heart, Ron ... and may you always be as sweet as you are on this day~ October 30, 2002 ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |
