"Raise the moon in perfected fit"
In case it happens not to be
pure Octo-Metered, don't blame me~

But by sheer chance, should I succeed
then send the accolades to me
For then I'll know that I can do
anything I set my mind to~

With just a blink in ink-of-think
Octo-Moon
rose before my
eyes Such a softly
sweetened surprise
Rising before me
Octo-Moon

When a friend hadn't actually seen an 'October Moon' from me ... she wrote me with the challenge that she'd bet I could 'even' do one with eight syllables to the line ... sooooooo, this little octo-metering was 'born'~
