Summer is sleeping silently in the arms of Morpheus. As deep Spring is in her fullest flower. Awake and alive. Her dreams fulfilled. The long ago dreams she dreamt in deep chill of Winter, are a profusion of reality. But Spring will be lulled into her Summers slumber, and bright mornings dawn will call forth the glory of Summer days. Hazy and warm. All of nature awakened from Springs dream. While Fall still sleeps, in the warmth of Summers arms. A friend hears the song in my heart, and sings it to me when my memory fails. |
