A composition of my condition Be it here or there I know not where My composition goes Oh how I ponder upon these words So often caught in such turmoil The words they seem to often drift along the shore as seashells So beautiful but never found at the right exact moment The sun hastens upon these words of beauty just as the rain drops upon the window ledge makes such a sound of constant essence upon my mind Turbulence surrenders to my mind as it overtakes the passages of joy sadness, pain, happiness. So many passages of words tunnel through and narrowly escape the darkness That would hold them hostage for yet another day Words do hold such a meaning They hold us in a timeless pause that only they can do. Compositions of such delight That would make you smile and cry all in the same instant. Sweeter than music to my ear Is words that tell of such truth passion, Poetry composes this composition For all the world to see. So here we are once again in the forest of my mind going on a safari with such a tangled vine that seems to invade the deepest jungles but still the roar of the lion calls persuading me to follow Compose this composition to capture the lion that can tame the wildest king to make them tame and meek with words of such surrender alas we go gliding along the winds as the birds do as free as the breeze upon my face. And so I beg of you dazzle my mind for yet another day until tomorrow is yet tomorrow and today is today. To the journey's to be and the journey's that have already become a part of my heart, soul and mind. |
