you catch my eye from accross the smoked filled room I look away quickly, it is just too soon on the rebound is not my style so I try not to notice your smile i caught you staring at me again try to understand, I just need a friend someone to share, all my hopes and fears someone to wipe away all of my tears someone to listen while I heal caring about how I feel romance screws everything up intamacy will only overfill our cup so please tell me you'll accept my terms before we open this large can of worms i fall too easily...but it is too soon let me find myself, dancing to my own tune and if after our friendship grows maybe then....who knows???
