-Lust- can I trust you to keep this secret of ours? how do we know this won't get out of hand and goto far? how did we end up here-lurking in the shadows and always with some degree of fear feeling the fear of being found out to others-but not able to stop this with my lover please don't foresake my trust in you-if you betrayed me now, what would I do? it doesn't seem fair to ask your faithfullness when I can't give you mine either-nor my trust so all we have for now are stolen passionate moments-not trust-not faithfullness-just our overwhelming lust HLB I know well what I am fleeing from but not what I am in search of. I found this poem very funny because I read I could picture the whole story. It is honest and I particularly like the end. |
