I couldn't miss the intriguing web, Glistening, encrusted with dew, The spider's perfect weaving, Reflecting the setting sun's hue. It went from rose to railing, The shape an architect's dream, Ornately designed in the corner, Clinging fast to the old wooden beam. While the master of this creation, Waited silently for his prey, With his enticing lure beckoning, I ran for the insect spray!!! |

Nice, very nice.... Wow, I just had the web all around me... ...... While the master of this creation, Waited silently for his prey, With his enticing lure beckoning, I ran for the insect spray!!! ...... btw, I am always intrigued by spiders...I wonder why one fears them...I enjoy their act... Regards, sudhir |

BSC~ this is great, while I admire the spider for their talent with the web, I am terrified of them! they can live any where they want to, just not on my back deck!! -SEA |

Uh-oh, this is a nice cross between 'Deer and Toe...starts off sweet and sentimental and ends up with a croak! Sunshine ~~~Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see the shadow. Helen Keller ~~~ |
