She floats across the terrace lawn In a wave of palest cream Her smile reflects the summers warmth With cheeks that blush for me She raises her hand in delicate grace Her lily soft fingers beckoning I ardently fall into her embrace Her lilac scented love surrounds me Her rasberry lips hold the secrets of bliss Her breath flutters soft on my face In a moment of glory she blessed me with kiss That will haunt me the rest of my days On that afternoon we blossomed like spring Laying in the grass as impassioned lovers Knowing with sorrow what the new day would bring Bound in secret is our love for each other But in one afternoon my soul escaped And found solace with her under the sun She helped me discover my small twist of fate When two women's souls become one. This was written very beautifully Poutprincess. Even in "twist of fate", you clearly share something special with this person. Nicely penned. Best wishes, /Kit |

WOW Pout a beautifully written piece. And a poem that remains me of a dear friend of mine and the love she also found. Let you love continue to flower. THanks for sharing. "I am melancholy, flower cutting through stone" manic street preachers |
