He Kissed These Lips

He smiled at me with heaven's eyes
And kissed the rhythm of my heart.
The passions rose to music's beat
Delicious thoughts, his gaze, did start.

Unfolding trails of whispers deep,
Surrounded by the darkness of
A thousand voices guiding me
Beneath the moon, it's glow above.

The shouting of the silence heard
Long after night had closed it's eyes,
A velvet touch caressed my lips
A gift to treasure came disguised.

Floating down from time and space
A mirrored you, not long to need.
Reflecting love, a rose appeared
And from behind, my eyes did feed

Upon a dream, of heart in mind,
A silhouette in solitaire.
Shades of "lifetime" embracing me.
My hand, I place into your care.

A prisoner, I have become,
Your kisses, I am weakened to.
Surrendering, my lips are yours,
Addicted I, to kiss of you.

from  one MM to another..thank you very much..when I began to write this.....all I could think about were the eyes...and that kiss...

I once wrote this for a challenge on kisses...

Kisses In Your Mind

It's early morn, the phone it rings
Awakens me, gives start
Was dreaming, I, a pleasant one
No shadows in the dark.

Had arms around me, warm and strong
With breath an inch away
When exhaled, tickled me a bit
Preferred awhile to stay.

It rang again, I let it go
Too early still, was time
Instead I rested, filled with thoughts
Had kisses in my mind.

Remembered when you planted them
Not kisses, but the thoughts
How often times you teased me so
Eyes roaming body, soft.

Until you saw me, on the edge
Then lips to skin, would find
You planted all the kiss of want
As kiss thoughts in my mind.

Whenever you're away from me
And dreams take me on high
The thoughts of lips on lips, of mine
Replays in my mind's eye.

Hoping that the same is true
When times are tough or sad
That kisses float from me to you
When I am feeling "bad". (naughty)

So when your eyes upon this read
No matter who, you'll find
Someone out there loving you
Sends kisses in your mind.

Hi Maureen,
My, my, chills run up and down my spine reading these words. Very, very precious. Again, I am so glad I came by to read words that you have written.

A prisoner, I have become,
Your kisses, I am weakened to.
Surrendering, my lips are yours,
Addicted I, to kiss of you

Bill.....

Bill, thank you..I was  sending this message and hit something on my keyboard that lost it..so now it won't be off the top of my head like the other..I was saying that sometimes I send chills up and down my own spine when I read what I have written..I have no idea where this comes from lately..I do believe I have at least more than one personality living within me...and she is really rising right now...

Wonderful rendering Maureen!
Such a lovely flow ... and beautiful wording.
Nicely penned indeed!

Best wishes,
