the burning seat ... to be on the edge of your memory's seat while it's burning embers engulf your past a forward move only fans the flames a spit into its hell ignites lost nightmares a snuffing try breeds self-contempt no smother rids the horrors no phlegm extinguishes hell no motion cools the burn sit in your seat of fiery by-gones find comfort in its warming flames M.A. Miller 07.28.00 < !signature--> My calling before me, let quill be my offering; For to be called poet, no greater gift to receive. I like how you wrote this. Really got my attention. ------------------------- to be on the edge of your memory's seat no motion cools the burn sit in your seat of fiery by-gones find comfort in its warming flames ------------------------ "I'm sorry for telling u love was unnecessary... making u lose ur way. Well MA I guess you're right you can't get rid of them so why not learn from them and allow the heat of the mistakes to warm the changes one can make......oh you know what I mean, something like that. |

Awareness... a good thing... Not only can we find comfort in the security of our experiences, but hopefully we can learn from them as well.. Nice insights here, my friend.. ![]() |
