Love Notes (1) As long as I can share your life In some small way, I'll love you all you'll let me - As you are With no illusions And no excuses... Just a pure and simple offering Of all that I am And all that I have to give. And if you leave for other friends I'll wish you well Through tears of grief And love you still As I pray for your return. (2) My love might expire As I take my last breath, But I truly believe It will transcend death. Heaven, you see, Isn't merely a place. It's every chance I've had To gaze on your face. |

PDV: I wish I could!!! The forums might not be too big for their britches, but they're more than my dinosaur at home can handle... each time I try to access poetry, I crash... and that's not much fun! My only access is at the library... and IF I can get a computer, I only have 20 minutes... which doesn't leave much time for dawdling. *G* Thank you for the kind words, though... I appreciate them very much! Butterflies: Thank you! I can't catch up with him... but I can write. *G* Now if only I could get him to read! LOL Sudhir: Thank you... moving away from all that's familiar would have been tough enough without losing my lifeline to poetry. *S* You can't possibly know how much it means to me to know I was missed... for I do miss the people here very much! *S* Corazon and WhtDove: Thank you!!! (Now I know Balladeer doesn't associate the words Toerag and heavenly... but you understand! *G*) Moonchild, Elizabeth, and my dear rebellious nephew *G*: Thank you all so very much! I couldn't make either one of them grow up to be a real poem. *G* I'm glad that putting them together worked. I miss you all!!! Take care... I mainly just check for Toe and read these days, cause with only 20 minutes, my slow typing really eats up my allotment. But you do give me so much to sustain me... and it's appreciated!!! |

Suthern girl, you have done something I would have considered impossible....you're coming close to making me change my opinion about that snake in the grass Toerag Sure, I know he's a low-down, mangy, no account scoundrel but, for the guy to have the love and adoration of such a warm and beautiful person as you, perhaps there really are some very well hidden qualities lurking there I have not encountered.  Seriously, I envy you, Suthern one. You have found someone that you love and admire without reservation, even without hope of receiving it in return, perhaps, and still you perservere. That makes you a winner in my book.......and I'm proud of you and for you. It's wonderful to see you again |

You may take great glee in maligning his sterling qualities, but your opinion of the Toe-man is every bit as high as his is of you! *G* Yup... I'm consistent... with loyalty like mine, the words pest, nuisance, nag, and pain come to mind. *S* (But if you're envying someone without hope, I'll have to worry about you! *G*) RG: Tsk, tsk... *G* But thanks for the memories of the old days!!!
