My life packed in a suitcase at the foot of my mothers bed I think of us tonight as I rest my weary head though you are lying close to me I feel thousands of miles away you ask me to come back with you but I know I'd never stay So my mind drifts off to what lies ahead to scared to move forward it's lonliness I dread I pour my heart out to strangers the web is my escape strangers who may have answers for none do I have yet.... I love you still you love me though we both know it's not that easy The anger, the bitterness the late night tears grew a space between us over those many years You kiss me tenderly for one last time please don't touch me like that I can't change my mind Too many harsh words spoken no time for amends so my love go in peace and please remain my friend... < !signature--> Julie  [This message has been edited by JulieAnn (edited 07-24-2000).] |

Julie...WOW...i'm glad I saw this...you're 2 for 2 on my score sheet (haha)... I really like your style...it's soooo easy to read and relate too, and, oh yes, soul mates are for real.
