~THE BEAUTY OF YOUR EYES~

For a moment,
I close my eyes
and get lost in your love,
the softness of your lips
brushes against mine,
your fingers run through my flowing hair,
the warmth of your breath
cascades over my face,
bringing it to life
with the flame of your touch,
you tenderly kiss my eyelashes
and sigh seductively in my ear,
like an artist, your fingers outline
the smile you've put on my face
and gently caresses my every emotion,
I open my eyes
and allow them to slowly meet your
captivating brown eyes,
my heart dances in the wonder
of you,
in love with all that you are,
basking in the light of romance,
entranced by the beauty of your eyes

Melissa, this is beautiful as usual. Your works are always so descriptive.

How lovely the smile on your face...it always amazes me the emotions you seem to find in myself that I thought were lost. I love your work.
