One day I'll learn Haiku until then I am feeling so blue. ok I really have no idea how to write a haiku tell me if I am close. A wonderful haiku. < !signature--> ------------------------ "Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time". Baltimore Grotto "To be nobody-but-yourself-in a world which is doing its best night and day, to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting." E.E Cummings. "Art is a lie which makes us realise the truth." Pablo Picasso "You do not destroy an idea by killing people; you replace it with a better one". Thank you Walt, Dennis and Brian for your kind replies. Walt-It's been so hot here, I'm starting to hate summer, wishing for Autumn or Spring, I agree with you Dennis - What a lovely haiku that you wrote for me. Thanks! You are so good at haikus my friend Brian - I am sure that you could write an awesome haiku, you have the talent! The one that you wrote is a little off the 5-7-5 syllable count, with practice you'll get it perfect Take care, Melissa Honeybee [This message has been edited by Melissa Honeybee (edited 06-14-2000).] |
