New Life As the gentle breeze blows it caresses my skin it stimulates my senses it creates a stirring of my feelings from deep inside where no one has been for a very long time. As the clouds move they dance before my eyes swaying and twirling gentle movement on the open sky I dance with them waltzing with them I dance with you. If rain may fall upon me as the darkness clears I always look for that rainbow not that I search for that pot of Gold I search for you at the end of my rainbow. As the sun rises it warms the earth as you unknowingly fill my heart with the new dawn each day is heated with our passion drenching our desires. As each day passes as night turns into light I await for our union the joining of our souls for it is written in the stars a destiny untold together at last a new life begins. 7-22-00 |

Kitkat, This is beautiful!!! So much hope and looking ahead here. I just love it!! May you always find your treasure at the end of the rainbow my friend. Great writing!! Lone Wolf Poetry should surprise by fine excess...it should strike the reader as a wording of his own highest thoughts and appear almost a remembrance. -J.Keats |
