Star Struck Have you ever made love to a star so sharp and sure and distant it curves the thigh to smoothest alabaster and leaves the air in earthy perfume pulled out of the shadows to delight the night The moon is more noisy it sighs and croons and makes the owl sing but stars are silent and makes the sky open and like the candle’s flicker gives allusion of youth transfusion Dressed in star’s satin touch I have necked with night and stretched my circumference with the glaze and diameter of the sky and looked with amazement at the purity of this weathered skin in the dim And if the moon slivers in to eavesdrop on my embracing I am caught still sensual in bright beguile to cover my openness and cry oh give me back my starry night my delight |

Martie, you are a mind blower. I've always been infatuated with the stars...Now you, YOU have painted the perfect portrait of love to the stars! There is a reason we feel this towards the heavens, we know deep within therein lies perfection! Your writing is always inpspirational! Corinne |

I do so love your vision and take on things. I am left in awe with this masterpiece. Great "SLOW" read. Have you ever made love to a star so sharp and sure and distant it curves the thigh to smoothest alabaster and leaves the air in earthy perfume pulled out of the shadows to delight the night The moon is more noisy it sighs and croons and makes the owl sing but stars are silent and makes the sky open and like the candle’s flicker gives allusion of youth transfusion Dressed in star’s satin touch I have necked with night and stretched my circumference with the glaze and diameter of the sky and looked with amazement at the purity of this weathered skin in the dim And if the moon slivers in to eavesdrop on my embracing I am caught still sensual in bright beguile to cover my openness and cry oh give me back my starry night my delight |
