            It's raining in Alaska...
Think I'll curl up to the fire...
Care to join me in a glass
               of whatever you desire?
            I'll throw another log on,
then I think I'll dim the light...
When it rains here in Alaska,
we find ways to warm the
                      night!!!

I will light a dozen candles...
Just a cozy meal for two...
I think I'll turn some music on,
            Whatever suits the mood...
I have a baked Alaska for desert
               when dinner's done...
When it rains here in Alaska,
we find ways to have some
                       fun!!!

It's good to have you here with me...
you don't need to leave tonight...
Just come on over, by the fire,
               we'll snuggle up real tight...
We're all alone, just me and you,
               the rain is pouring down...
When it rains here in Alaska,
               Stay indoors..........
                      Or you might drown!!!

   Thank you, Seymore.......
You know first hand about the
weather here, although I'll brave the
rain, wind, and snow for the scenery!!
          Appreciate your reading....

Sunny,
This is so well done, as you usually do. I especially like the following:

It's raining in Alaska...
Think I'll curl up to the fire...
Care to join me in a glass
of whatever you desire?

One of my most favorite things is to curl up to the fire, with a glass of............?

I always enjoy your writings, so well done, so gracious with the flow, and so meaningful when I read them.

Jamie......

I'm glad you liked this, and also glad
that you've been up here...that helps to
  know what it's like!!
By the way, if you were in a tent for
one of our winters, we wouldn't be able to
thaw you out until at least May!!!!!!!!!
         Once again, thank you, Jamie!!
         (I liked the addition, too!!)
