This little note is to explain that my closest and dearest friend, Beth, is struggling with a very serious and emotional issue. She was having trouble putting her emotions into words....So I crawled into her heart...and this is what i heard there.... Motherhood, my dear old friend It seems that ive been blessed again A tiny seed thats planted deep Within my womb in sheltered sleep Those nights of passion I spent in bliss Entwined in his arms, seduced by his kiss Not knowing my womanhood had a price to pay I created a child with my lover that day And though I love you dear Motherhood I need more strength to be righteous and good For I hear her from within,she softly weeps She cries for her mother whose will is weak And if this secret, my lover I should tell His frightened heart would bid me farewell Abandonded again, I would be Blessed, but cursed, by this life within me Motherhood with your divine ways Hold me close, while I surrender to Fate Give me the wisdom of the heavens above To nurture my little angel with bounties of love Please give me the chance to dream again So I can escape this hollow pain Fill my heart with hope and grace So the miracle of creation, my soul will embrace. |

~Pout, If only you knew what this poem means to me. You have made more sense of this tragic time that i have and im the one living it..That goes to show the bond between you and I, and i seriously doubt that it will ever be questioned. You have made my life something I want to live easily instead of giving up and I can only thank you more often and try to be there when you need me. thank you so much for being my strength and friend..I love you~ Blessed Be, Beth |

excellent poem... just beautiful... it's extremely hard to begin to accept something like that, I know. |
