**To know what one wants takes time to achieve, but eventualy everyone figures it out** I want someone who knows me inside and out, who can look at me and know exactly what I am thinking even before I have finished the thought. I want someone who is there after a long day, to ask me how it was and listen as I tell them. I want someone who knows exactly the right spots to message, who knows where I am ticklish and where I love to be touched. I want someone who gives me butterflies, who makes my heart beat faster and makes my knees go weak. I want somebody who's kiss is like fireworks, the kind that sends shivers up my spine and makes me forget everything else. I want somebody who loves me, for who I am and not for who others want me to be. I want somebody who knows me inside and out, who knows the real me, and not the person I allow others to see. I want somebody who I feel comfortable with, whether it is in a conversation or in absolute quiet. I want somebody who I always have fun with, who loves to party, just as much as lying in each others arms. I want somebody who is worth the fight, because when the fight is over making-up is so much better. I want somebody who makes me smile, who I can just think of and it makes my day. I want somebody who makes the time go by, who you are with for an hour and it only feels like a minute. I want somebody who makes me want to stay up all night, who is so thrilling that I don't want to miss a moment with by sleeping. Most of all I want someone who I can love and who loves me back.... Martini, my friend, I felt your need coming through in this poem. You have such a big heart, and if you keep it open, you're going to be blessed with someone very special... Those are wonderful wishes and they all exist out there in that turbulent world...they will befall you when you least expect them...and all those peaceful easy thoughts that you describe in this very fine poetic work can all be experienced....I know, I experienced them for 18 yrs. There was a time when I would'nt even cross the street without her, we were that close........it happens and it's never too late like some might like to think.....take care...ethome..... |

Martini, I read your writing, and I felt what was written, by someone with deep feelings as they came through very strong. "Most of all I want someone who I can love and who loves me back...." To love is not only to give but to receive and that is the most special love of all, as you know. |
