I Fell Hard Jesus, How much do you love me I had to ask I waited for the moment to tenderly pass "This Much" He replied, As His arms stretched wide I waited for the moment a little longer this time Now, his hands were nailed to the Cross to Die for me I fell hard in what my heart just had to believe... It's a feeling I've known all my life it seems And, it's been years his love has been given to me I fell hard when the first time I was able to feel So, I never take for granted a heart that is real... I fell hard in life with so many hearts like his Hearts that have so much of everything to give I fell hard, for you, my friend, when I was able to see your eyes Now, a moment had felt like forever as it moved on by... So much like my love for you I can not turn away Only I want more from the night and more from the day I can hold his heart but I want to hold you here I fell hard, so hard, in just a single year... How do I walk on in this world when I'm someone new? When I realized all the love I have been holding for you I'm down on my knees for an answer and a clearer way If only my heart was enough to make you stay... I fell hard for what can never really last So, tell me how do I stop the tears I have? I fell hard when you were never even mine to claim You're for the world to share just as he is the same... So, I'll walk ahead with just the thoughts I hold And, appear as I never really feel the bitter cold But, I do, I have, I am you see I fell hard for what we will will never be... Saun Sauni :) |
