As you lie sleeping.... I watch each breath you take and then the smile plays on your face as you lie dreaming of the sweet love we just made.... As you lie sleeping.... I hold your body near you snuggle closer, closer dear and down my face escapes a solitary tear.... As you lie sleeping.... I let my mind roam free and look at all the memories and then I know our love was always meant to be.... As you lie sleeping.... Again I realize your love for me will never die I finally found a love on which I can rely.... As you lie sleeping.... A pledge I now recite To hold you closer, hold you tight and let you know that in our lives this love is right.... As you lie sleeping.... I learn to love you more.... ~~~~~Live for Today~~~~~ taste every single moment |

The intimacy in this poem is beautiful. The kind of intimacy that makes a lasting love special. You must be a very affectionate person......what a fine mixture to blend with love. I enjoyed the gentle peaceful afterglow.... Good poem! |
