Broken Promise

Promised her my heart,
She ripped it apart.
Told me she loved me,
But she doesn't see.
How much love for her is there,
Makes me cry and sit in dispair.
She promised her heart to me,
How much love i did see.
How i lost it i dont know,
Sit here and wait for the black crow.
To take away my soul,
A heart filled with broken promises.
My heart longs for her,
But how can i make her see that?
She calms me just like a cat.
I was promised her heart,
I promised her mine.
What a bad broken promise

This is so sad, but I love the way
you expressed your pain........there are
too many broken promises in life........
