In the China Garden
where the silence grows...
The dawn may rarely whisper
but it's quite a feeling to behold.

Love laughed to boldly
but conquered my heart with a kiss.
Yet, it spoke with gentle hands
when we sealed our midnight promise.

We grow water lillys gracefully
in the moonlit pond.
And float blossoms of fairy secrecy
over Stoke Raven and beyond.

It is our private wonder.
Shhh...don't tell a soul.
We keep a watchful eye,
where time and vines might take their toll.

The wind blows in elegant rhythm
to our dance along the maze.
And the buzz of quiet perfection
is not faded by morning's haze.

Since long before forever
and forever it just might last.
Protected by souls intertwined
in the web of spells it's cast.

In the China Garden,
where confusion falls away.
I leave my heart each night
and reclaim it each new day.

There are places inside our souls -
that have never been touched.
There are places inside our hearts -
that need to be loved this much.
