God Please Bless the Pens

I will not accept the excuse
you've lost your muse.
Your muse is dead.
No way Fred!!!
You have been given a gift
from your Heavenly Father above
and it was given with all his grace and Love.
Use if freely when it flows
and when it doesn't...he knows.
And when your pen is dry
don't sit and waste your day
enjoy the blessings
God has sent your way.
For he is merely giving you time
to take a break from rhythm and rhyme
and enjoy his great big beautiful world
one more time.
Take some time to sing and dance and play
don't let anything take your
joy of life away.
And soon enough the gift will flow again
just as surely as God blesses your pen.

I couldn't agree more, James!
Within life lies the inspiration.
Well said (Fred!)

Perfect words of wisdom.  We all need to take in what life has to offer as we know all to well... it is the experiences of life that guide our hand to the pen to begin with.  Well written my friend.

Agree 100% really enjoyed the poem James, wonderfully said.

I agree totally.
I thought you put this together really well and with the wisdom of common sense. You are so right, everyone needs a break. That's why there's such things as vacations, hobbies, etc.
Very well done...jmlee........
