The smile on my face says I'm fine the feeling in my heart, tells me your mine. Hands linked together we stroll along both singing the same lovers song. The touch of your lips, across my cheek turns me to jelly, makes my knees weak. You tease me with your words you tempt me with your touch Girl I want you oh so much. Forever mine, eternally yours I have the magic key to open your doors. White wedding on the sand Your Kisses take me to another land One of pleasure, one of a kind this band of gold will make you mine. -Rich- |

Oh this is so lovely Rich! Is this your proposal for your lady's heart? She'll melt with delight if so! Well done! Best wishes, /Kit |

That was a beautiful poem. Love can open a door like no other emotion can. I enjoyed reading this poem! "Even a fool knows you can't touch the stars, but it doesn't stop a wise man from trying." Harry Anderson, "Night Court" *Cassandra Roseen* |

Rich a wonderful beautiful poem. I really love the image of "White wedding on the sand" I guess it is just the image I have in my mind. ------------------------ "Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints. Kill nothing but time". Baltimore Grotto "To be nobody-but-yourself-in a world which is doing its best night and day, to make you everybody else - means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting." E.E Cummings. manic street preachers "Culture Alienation Borebom and Despair" "I know I believe in nothing but it is my nothing" -faster MSP "And you see, I kind of shiver to conformity Did you see, the way I cower to authority, you see And my life, it's a series of compromises anyway It's a sham, and I'm conditioned to accept it all, you see" six by Paul Draper. ----- |
