Come sit down beside me.... And share my thoughts, my love.... The day is coming to an end.... Look up!..stars glow above.... And if you listen carefully, the only sound you'll hear.... is of my quickened heartbeat.... When you sit so very near.... We gaze toward my window, and behold the Northern Lights.... their crackling electricity puts sparkle in the nights.... But Mother Nature can't compare to what I feel inside.... And when you touch your lips to mine those feelings I can't hide.... The fire burning in your eyes has melted all my fears.... and with it you have dried away my cold and lonely tears.... The magic in your loving heart, is felt in every kiss.... the magic is: I never thought that I would love like this.... So, come sit down beside me.... Let's watch the shadows fall.... We'll dance beneath the summer moon, and wait for Dawn to call.... and if she finds us lying close, entwined as lovers do.... I'll hold you in her morning arms, and share the day... ............with you............ Life is but a dream... [This message has been edited by Sunny1 (edited 07-12-2000).] |

Sunny1, Again you have touched me with your words. The fire burning in your eyes, has melted all my fears.... and with it you have dried away my cold and lonely tears.... The magic in your loving heart, is felt in every kiss.... the magic is: I never thought that I would love like this.... What a verse - powerful, loving, sensual, and most tender. You have in your heart the magic and the gift, so that when others read what you write, it brings out their emotions to the surface so they can see them. Thanks for sharing this wonderful writings that do come from your heart. Bill |

I loved this poem form the beginning but especially the ending.  |
