One Moment, Please ~*Marge Tindal*~ If you'll take one moment to look within the heart you wear perhaps you'll see the loving things that I see written there A kind and loving heart always there for a friend Loving, kind and gentle Loyal to the end You do not disappoint me with acts or deeds undone It seems the friend I needed is just who you've become I always knew you had it in you though you found it hard to believe The friend that I love is just about perfect to me |

Well, Marge, I looked inside my heart And - guess what?- you were there!! Then I checked other body parts And you were everywhere! I looked deep inside my eyes And saw your image true Then looked inside my nose and smelled The fragrance that is you. I turned left at my temple And went down into my ear.. That wondrous voice from your sweet lips Was all that I could hear. You've handed out so very much, You little Indian giver I have no doubt I'd find you if I went inside my liver!  My kidney moves at your command My lungs breathe so much faster. Adrenalin pumps so fast for you I'm headed for disaster! You're my pulse and you're my heartbeat.. You're hairs standing on my arms. You're the kneecaps that I bend on To salute your many charms. You're the fingerprints on things I touch. The smile upon my lips. You're the wiggle in my maximus And swivel in my hips. You're the taste buds in my mouth, my dear, That makes all things taste sweet, The straightness in my spine and also Lightness in my feet. There you have it, Marge. All organs Whisper out your name For you are deep inside my body (wish that I could say the same ) |
