It takes me Pale misshapen figures glide about my room with the darkness shrouding their withered arms seeking my head hidden beneath the bedspread Changing in an instant to the shadowy outlines cast by a desperately fluttering moth beating itself against my nightlight It takes me where A rythmic motion of splashing waves pressing against the cloudless sky, where mist sprays and shifts about in the blowing wind Turning back into a blanket of waving late summer grass reeds, releasing their seeds to drift upon the currents of air It takes me where it wants A brilliant fire spreads from tree to tree rolling about the sky as brilliant embers flicker between the branches of the pines Transposed by my mind, as the radiant sun sets beyond the horizon, dousing the bright image with the coming of night It takes me where it wants to be Daydreams and nightmares, the conjured images within my mind that prance about and reshape the perception of my world A world that has dreams of it's own, shaped from reality, but always changing with the power of imagination It takes me A real man kisses his children goodnight |

Dsnyder, yeah I have been busy with a new baby, new job and moving. But I am back. thanks for the comments you always did say nice things and thank you Sunn1 Marsha and tracie66 it is nice to get such positive feedback, I will promise to do more.
