Two Tear Drops As I sit here I wonder Do you really understand The pain you have caused The pain that has entered Entered into my soul. I watch as the tears fall Down your checks For now I inflict the pain The pain of my words Words of Goodbye. I have no apologies I have no regrets I will keep our memories I wish you well in life. Life has so many questions. Please go, walk out the door Do not turn around Do not look to see If I shed a tear or two Two Loney tear drops fall. 7-08-00 |

If I shed a tear or two Two Loney tear drops fall. a beautifully written poem Kitkat, I hope writing the words of the poem have healed some of the pain, anyway take care and thanks for sharing. Thank-you all for your replies. It does help to write about the pain. I too, believe then the healing will begin when you can express it. kitkat, I can feel your pain and sadness in your words. Looks like you have had a bad breakup. My heart goes out to you. This was great writing and really shows what is in your heart. There will be sun where there are now clouds.
