There was a tree Then another that became three And twice that many again Until it opened up the land. The smells came through The windows and the roof At speed I went along To some hip Clapton song. Which brought this All together for me The smells of summer And of northern pine trees. Of Shasta standing grand Her shape becoming my home again. And of tears I shed For miles on end The thought of which Made me glad agin. |

"home is where you left your heart" but "they" also say ... "home is where you lay your hat" but then, I dont wear hats ... more beautiful ponderings Michael, gentle, tender emotions... later, jm What the caterpillar calls the end ...
