He comes to her in a blaze of summer sunlight Offering his scotch taped heart To her tender touch and whiskey warm kisses She comes to him in shades of mist and lavendar Straight into his warm embrace A haven for her love bruised soul All their pain sighs down to nothing When they hold each other close Here at last their hearts remain Here at last their souls come home Wrapped in colours of loves rainbow Faith and trust and hope |
