A whirlwind of emotions
Sweeps over my soul
It comes from neither here nor there
But bounces to and fro.

It hits me out of nowhere
Comes at anytime
The mixed emotions, shaken thaoughts
Break my heart and flood my mind.

Seeking to find inner peace
Nowhere's left to run
Father lead me to Your have
The strong arms of Your Son.

In His arms there's a peaceful rest
Comfort, strength and care
Calm this whirlwind of emotions
This is my earnest prayer.

I agree, Only God can give us the peace we so long for, to calm our whilrwind of emotions, but in His time. keep hoping and praying, my friend. Despair will soon vanish. Well written, excellent flow
