It's wake resides

Please don't despair
What I have wrought
My tears are there

You are so brave
Your warmth I'll miss
And to my grave
I'll carry your kiss

If I were the sun,
You would be in shadow
And if I had a gun,
There'd be no tomorrow

Thank you, guys! This is an old poem, I just unearthed it today and looked back on old times......when I learned first love doesn't always last forever.

Anyway though, I got over it. I'm tough. Peace!
