Regardless You You're there You're everywhere Everywhere I turn, I see you In my mind, you're always here by my side i have no fear In my dreams I see your face I hear your voice you say my name You're always with me You love me You need me I only wish that you could see me In my head I whisper your name I wish, and I hope Yet it's not the same Because sadly enough, When I open my eyes All hope inside me dies You You're not there I only wish you were But instead, I see you, Loving her You appear to me now, cruel and heartless But in my dreams, I will love you Regardless. ~*~Linzi~*~ "Ignore reality; there's nothing you can do about it" ~ Natalie Imbruglia |

I really love this poem. You are so right that when you love someone you keep on loving them no matter who they love or what they do to you - directly or indirectly. This "hits the nail on the head!" |

This is a wonderful poem. My friend is in this position at the moment, and I know there is nothing I can say to make her feel better. Great poem, wonderful way you gave your eelings a face. Keep up the good writing. |
