Like a babe I enter in Into this love divine The passionate fire between our hearts Transcending space and time Reachingout to touch her hand Sparks surge through my fingertips Reaching up to touch her face And kiss her crimson lips With the innocence of a child I follow her to fantasy Where two hearts beating as one Find in their souls ecstasy Like a babe in a mother's womb She is my solace, my shield As all my hearts desires To her whims of passion yield Like a child who is lost She saves me from my fear Holding in the palm of her hand The world that I hold dear With the trust of a child I give her all the love I have Knowing it will be handled with care Unfaithfulness will never drive me mad She's the sun in my sky The moon and stars of my night The tide that brings my ship in The wings that give me flight She is the arm that catches me If e'er I may fall She is the shoulder I lean on She is my life my all Thomas A. Thomas! This was so incredibly heartfelt I felt like I was falling in love all over again, eventhough I am trying to simply fall out (not by choice of course) I'm glad that you are so happy!!
