"Five" Fear Devouring my soul Pain Taking its toll Time Used up in vain Power Pointless to gain Blood Dripping today Life Slipping away Innocence Just a delusion Purity Merely illusion About the title, it has no significance. whenever I write poems and can't think of a title I just give it a number. A little dettached I know but oh well. |

I really liked this poem because the rhyme didn't take away from what you were trying to say, it enhanced the meaning of it! GREAT FIRST POST! I think you'll like it here! |

Thank you everyone. I'm glad you took the time to read my poem. I don't concern myself to much with the form or style I'm usually more focused on the emotions I try to impart with the words. But I'm happy to see it's not that bad. Thanx again. |
