You're more than just yourself There's another guy Something only I can see You hide it and I don't know why True words you've never spoken Except when you love You're just too afraid To get your heart broken Inside you're scared And you don't know where to go Everythings so confusing You just need to take it slow There's another guy Someone that I love He's an angel Sent from above When I'm scared You help me confront my fears When I'm sad You're there to dry my tears You're tough Unlike me When things fall apart I lose all control of me When I have a broken heart You're there to mend I've never known anyone To be this good of a friend You're more than just yourself You're my best friend I will always love you And love doesn't have an end |

I feel rude. I didn't introduce myself. My name is Nicole and I'm from Tx. I'm 15 yrs. old and I have been writing poetry for about a year. I hope ya'll enjoy my poetry. I was motivated to write by love experiences.  :Welcome to Passions : I really liked this poem. It flowed really well and the meaning was really sweet. You definetly have a talent for writing. I started writing poetry because of love experiences also...it makes me let out all of my feelings. You expressed yourself really well in this poem. I really loved the last two lines: 'I will always love you/And love doesn't have an end' Keep writing and posting!! |

Nicole, i was the same way...before i came to passions, i NEVER let anyone read my poetry. but now, the ppl here do, and my boyfriend, justin,(trust me, you read any of my poetry, youll get to kno him), but i never let anyone else even see my journal i keep it in Welcome to Passions!!!
