Drugs
People seem to do them
to make them feel happy
to take all their worries away.
But they are hurting themselvs
When they drink they are killing themselvs
I look what I could of done to my friend
there's nothing all is what I could of done.
He passed away on Nov 7,2000
Ryan is happy now no more worries or troubles
he'll be missed.

So sorry to hear about your friend. I know how it feels. Great poem and we all need to be aware on what drugs do......this poem clearly states the worst case scenario.

Just like Dopey said, I'm sorry to hear that. Drugs totally suck. Hang in there. It's hard to lose a friend... (I've lost 2 myself) It is a somewhat comforting feeling though, to know that he is happy. Be sure to dwell on the good aspects, even if you have to dig for them.

I'm very sorry for the loss of your friend Minna. Your poem clearly indicates the huge consequences that can happen to those who become involved in drugs, it's very tragic. Again ... very sorry for your loss ...

I am so sorry that drugs got the best of your friend. i hope that you are handling this ok. if you ever need to talk i'm here. hopefully when people read this they will realize that doing drugs can have this effect on you and quit.

I'm sorry to hear that your friend died. You did write a very good poem about this, and he is in a better place now.

My qoute is about being disabled and siting..But not wishing to be undisabled.. I have a unknown disability, it's not fair. Sometimes I think of being my sisters but then I think..I'm glad to be me!
