Friends are there for you through the good times and the bad No matter is you are perfectly happy of if you are totally sad They are there when you laugh and are there why you cry And when you are happy to be alive or when you feel like you want die A friend is someone you can trust with just about everything And are the one's who know it's you calling even before they hear the phone ring They are the one's who you need to see everyday Friends are the one's who always seem to know the right things to say If you have a friend like this there is one thing you need to know That no matter what you do make sure never to let them go! Lauren I haven't submitted any poems in awhile because out partying every night but I feel it's time to start again. |

It really is nice to have the type of friends that your poem describes. I'm lucky to have a couple of friends like that and i cherish them. Great poem =o) "If you have a friend like this there is one thing you need to know That no matter what you do make sure never to let them go!" I totally agree...never take them for granted!! |

great appreciation for friendship, true words from a true friend, i liked this part: "If you have a friend like this there is one thing you need to know, That no matter what you do make sure never to let them go!" Look out Webster, I think we've found a new definition to put into the dictionary! Ok, yeah, I know, that was a totally cheesy, corny reply, but it's a great definition of a friend and a great poem. The last lines were my favorite...Its good to see you posting more poems too... Having friends like this are the best in the world...But right now the person I would say is just like this...Isnt acting like this...My best friend... I dont know if you ever read it...But I have a poem called "An Unforgettable Friendship" check it out you might like it!!! ~*Love is sometimes like a rose.
