I am a rock, I have no identity Just that with which was given to me At my creation, So Long ago. I am who I've always been, Though the ages have changed, The way I show myself to the world, I hide myself beneath the earth now Now I hide with a sash of moss, Never showing what I am, Never showing who I am. But my heart betrays me, No matter how I try, I stone, I can not be, I am all I can be. "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." \ I am lost in my own mind. |

How ironic, heheh, happy writing a sad poem.. hmmm, has a certain charm to it though. Anyway, thanks for the compliments. Hmm.. actually, a lil' side note, this poem was inspired by the song "I Am A Rock" by Simon and Garfunkel. Very good song, fits who I am very well too. "Sa souvraya niende missian ye." \ I am lost in my own mind. |
