Here is a little satire i created about the whole ratial thing and how totally rediculious it all is. I hope you all enjoy this and understand what i'm trying to say. Darkness covered the room; dim light through window pane; seeing the impending doom it felt so mundane. man came through the door, the night made him look black. didn't know what he was, until I stabbed him in the back. then he looked up at me, my brother laying on the floor. how can this be? he looked like a black man when he came through the door. ---Written by:Hoppy 3-16-00 There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line. -- Oscar Levant "Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live." |

What I hope you're trying to say Hoppy, is that everyone is your brother, not just your own race. I feel that prejudice from any race to another is a most incidious desease. It warps the mind and deteriorates the very fabric of what should be a flourishing society for all. Be it night, or bright light of day, no one person should be judged by their appearance, heritage, religeon and beyond. This is how I choose to interpret it, as I sincerely hope that is the essence you're wanting to leave the reader with. Best wishes, /Kit |
