This poem was written as a prediction of how it would feel to be alone and without my love. Now that I am actually going through this its weird that I hit it right on the dot. Odd, eh?

Day by Day:

In my void of nowhere
I live day by day.
But now my one true love
Has all but gone away.

My world has crumbled to a pea
Being without her was my fear
And now I live day by day.
And still my love is not here.

Life seems so bleak to me
While years gone by without an end
And still I live day by day
But without a love to comprehend.

Life without her is simple and quaint
It's basically what you could infer.
My only wish is to touch my love
And say how much I love her.

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

Ya know, i really love when I find a poet who is consistently good at what they do, and you are one of them. I havent read anything of urs I havent loved, so kudos to u for that
I really love this poem and the emotion in it...and I'm sorry to hear your going through the things you wrote about. We love you here at the forum, so whoever ur lost love was, shame on them!
Keep writing or else I'll be sad
Much love

An accurate prediction.  Maybe too accurate?
Take care my friend never to realize that prediction…IE, don't do anything stupid!

Sadly looking back on my life….THERE IS NO SPOON!
